Founded since 1989, Niyomphanich Real Estate Company Limited started the first housing project Baannaifan 1 at Padad Road., Chiang Mai on the land size of 50 rai 2 ngan 21 square wah. Sales of 139 plots were closed within a month and all transferred to the customers in 1991.

In 1990, the Company started Baannaifan 2 at Tumbol Maehiea, Chiang Mai on the land size of 91 rai 1 ngan 51.3 square wah. The project consisted of 169 plots. Sales were closed in 1998.

In 1995, the Company developed Baannaifan 3 on the land adjacent to the second project at the size 22 rai 92 square wah with total subdivision of 79 plots, and introduced the low-rise condominium in the Project. Sales were closed within 6 months.

With over 29 years of experience in housing and land development, the Company is proud to present our latest project Baannaifan 4. Situated at Amphur Sankamphaneng, Chiang Mai, the site encompasses the land size of 233 rai 1 ngan 37 square wah.
